Introducing Elise: Trainer, co-founder and the first to test the THY Coaching training methodology.

Elise started where you are right now, and after years of struggling with her own confidence and body image, she decided that it was time to make a change.

Using her own experience as a foundation, The Healthier You was formed, delivering sustainable fitness programs to women wishing to empower themselves, build confidence, and seek lasting change.
