You might feel that running isn’t for you and that you need to suffer to achieve your fitness goals. Perhaps you've kept negative past experiences in your mind, or think that running is only for the super fit. It can make it daunting to start, we get it!
To help you overcome this mindset, we want you to think of running as your personal journey. We'll focus on making it enjoyable and highlight the health benefits you’ll gain. Together, we’ll set realistic goals for gradual improvement instead of viewing it as a painful task. We'll also emphasize the wonderful positives, like the mood boost you'll experience and the new social connections you can make. This supportive approach will help change how you see running!

Join the community on the 1st of January 2025 and start training on Monday 6th. The final event will take place on Sunday 30th of March 2025.
Choose the challenge that aligns with your goals! You can train to complete your first 5km, 10 km, 15 km, 21 km (half-marathon), or 25 km run.
You'll be in the run (literally) for a magnificent prize. 12 weeks, 12 challenges. The one who completes the most wins the prize!
Our challenge is designed to help you improve stamina and speed, correct technique, and build the mental and physical endurance needed to excel at running.
