I encourage you to choose the plan that best fits your commitment level. For 1:1 coaching, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required.

My coaching is available for both women and men, however, for now, all studio programs have been designed with a woman audience in mind. Therefore, I would advise you to apply for the 1:1 coaching so I can design a plan personalized to you.
